    Objetivo del puesto de trabajo:

    Integrado en el departamento de Marketing y Comunicación de CBRE España, buscamos la incorporación de un Senior Pitch Advisor para apoyar a negocio en el proceso de propuestas y presentaciones finales o pitches a clientes. Su objetivo principal será crear junto al equipo de negocio propuestas ganadoras, asesorando tanto desde el punto de vista de negocio como en el relato o Storytelling. Buscamos una persona creativa, con habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y la capacidad de comprender y moverse por estructuras corporativas dinámicas y complejas.

    Responsabilidades:

    Asesorar a los equipos de negocio para crear propuestas diferenciales y ganadoras para los clientes. Esto incluye asesorar desde el inicio del proyecto hasta la presentación final, tanto desde un punto de vista de negocio, como desde un punto de vista de la comunicación.

    – Poner en valor y asegurar que la metodología de pitching está integrada a todos los niveles de la organización.

    – Comprender profundamente el negocio, identificar oportunidades y traducirlas en argumentos convincentes para los clientes.

    – Desarrollar estrategias de presentación efectivas que transmitan de manera convincente el valor y la relevancia de la oferta de la compañía.

    – Trabajar estrechamente con todos los equipos de negocio y sus líderes. Coordinar esfuerzos para garantizar que las propuestas sean coherentes y alineadas con la estrategia general.

    – Impulsar a los equipos para que investiguen a fondo a sus clientes y competidores. Incluir en el proceso datos e información relevante que respalde las propuestas y hacer recomendaciones estratégicas.

    – Estar al día de la evolución del mercado y la competencia para ajustar continuamente las propuestas de pitching y mantener la competitividad de la empresa.

    – Asegurar que se siguen la metodología y procesos establecidos para llevar a cabo un buen seguimiento de la tasa de éxito de las propuestas.

    – Garantizar que se incorpora todo el conocimiento y documentación de CBRE en las propuestas.

    Requisitos:

    – Al menos 7 años de experiencia previa en roles relacionados con ventas, marketing o comunicación.

    – Haber trabajado al menos 5 años en roles similares.

    – Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación verbal y escrita.

    – Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.

    – Capacidad para comprender el negocio y adaptarse a estructuras corporativas complejas.

    – Creatividad y habilidades de storytelling.

    – Perfil orientado a procesos y adopción de herramientas digitales.

    – Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
