• Madrid Office
• Our client is a leading independent midmarket investment bank operating globally. They provide advice on M&A, debt advisory, and equity capital markets transactions to corporations, private equity firms, and familyowned businesses.
• They are looking for an Associate to join their investment banking team in Madrid. In this generalist role, you will work on a range of M&A and corporate finance transactions across sectors such as tech, FIG ,consumer, industrials, business services, healthcare & more.

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for transactions.
• Prepare presentation materials including information memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books.
• Support execution of transactions including debt financing and syndication.
• Interact with clients to build relationships and win new business.
• Manage processes, coordinate advisors, and ensure smooth execution.

• 36 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, at an investment bank, boutique or big Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication abilities in Spanish & English
• Selfmotivated with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
• Strong academics
