    ALHIST SP está especializada en el desarrollo de software como dispositivo médico, siguiendo la directiva europea 93/42/EEC. Los procesos aplicados para el diseño se adaptan tanto a los requisitos de la normativa como a las actividades incluidas en la metodología Scaled Scrum.     Facilitate interactions within the team
    ● Support to the development team in the planning of Trains and Sprints
    ● Maximize value creation by removing obstacles and managing external requests
    ● Support the team for dependency management
    ● Train teams to help them self-organize and adopt the activities included in the agile
    methodology of the company
    ● Bring about the necessary changes and drive the adoption of the spirit of agility

    ● Facilitate interactions within the team

    ¿Eres el candidato/a?

    ➔Organizational skills, time management
    ➔ Ability to work with multiple teams having different maturity levels
    ➔ Excellent communication skills, both for internal and external stakeholders, both oral and
    written.
    ➔ Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly.
    ➔ Able to influence without authority.
    ➔ Responsible, disciplined, creative and confident.
    ➔ Ability to handle changes smoothly and positively.
    ➔ Ability to write Jira queries and knowledge of Scrum development projects in Jira will be
    valued.
    ➔ Knowledge of SAFe framework would be a plus
    ➔ Certificate in Scrum Master will be valued.
    Minimum studies and experience: Qualified University Technician with at least 2 years of
    experience as Scrum Master
    Languages: Confident in English level B2.
