- Ensure the implementation of the Offline Retail product strategy in the Region
- In alignment with the Regional President and the Headquarters, agree the plans for the Sales strategy in the countries and translate it into specific actions
- Develop and manage an annual sales and expense budget and forecast for all subsidiaries in the Region
- Enforce sales policies as it relates to channels, territories, pricing and promotion.
- Act as a coach/mentor for the local Retail sales directors and support in the countries retail channels development
- Recommend pricing and promotions for Retail business in the countries
- Counsel and recommend product ranges, campaigns and accessories, aligned with the strategic plans per country
- Coordinate Marketing and Sales when required
- Be knowledgeable with all marketing materials and programs in order to assist the countries with national and local marketing of products
- Key account visits with the team
- Availability to travel around 50% of time
- Minimum 5 years international experience as a Sales director, with a variety of sales channels in similar industry
- Experience in Product & Marketing within the same industry
- Business developer, proactive and problem solving.
- A very structured work ethic and mindset, as well analytical and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, cooperative.
- Focus and team spirit and ability to cope with stressful situations.
- Proficiency English level. Turkish, Greek, Spanish or Italian would be a plus.
- Studies in Business related fields, Economics and Marketing will be highly valued
