As the global market for ADUs surges towards an estimated value of USD $10.6 billion by 2030, our client is primed for expansive growth and innovation.

To spearhead their sales efforts and drive revenue targets for 2024, we seek a dynamic
Sales Director fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian (Remote).

Your expertise will be pivotal in formulating data-driven strategies and aligning sales initiatives with the companys ambitious objectives. Join our client in shaping the future of residential construction and remodeling in California.


Location:
Remote anywhere (LATAM preferred)

Time zone/Working hours: 8-5 PST


Reporting to:
Founder/CEO

  • Sales team size: in the US, others remote worldwide)
  • Company size: 50

Product or service:
Residential homes and ADU design and construction in the Greater Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area

Target market:
B2C, Micro developers (Inbound sales)


Average deal size:
$200,000

Average sales cycle: 3-6 months


Responsibilities:


  • Work with company leadership to identify revenue goals and develop sales strategies
  • Set and meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets
  • Streamline and optimize the sales processes for the sales team (810 people)
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to make datadriven decisions
  • Develop and tie sales enablement programs to KPIs and metrics for sales growth
  • Lead sales team meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge
  • Utilize AI, CRM and sales automation tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline
  • Perform sales forecasting and submit regular sales reports
  • Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data

Requirements:


Minimum Qualifications:

-
5+ years of proven successful track record in B2C sales in the US market
-
Excellent, fluent communication in English and Ukrainian/Russian
-
Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions

  • Proficiency in using AI, CRMs, dashboards, analytics tools and other software
  • Excellent people and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

-
ADU, Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management sales experience

  • 2+ years of successful sales team management (510 people)

  • Base compensation: $1,500 $3,000 (negotiable depending on the location and experience)
