    WHO WE ARE

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    E-learning design:

  • Engage with global and regional stakeholders to define learning objectives and create storyboards for e-learning content
  • Design and develop innovative e-learning courses using industry-standard authoring tools
  • Include video and graphic design as integral elements of digital learning solutions to enhance user engagement and instructional clarity
  • Create interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments to reinforce learning outcomes and support behavioral changes aligning with business KPIs
  • Manage projects, timelines, and ensuring the alignment of the content with stakeholder expectations
  • Conduct quality assurance to identify and rectify any issues in the content based on internal content design principles
  • Ensure all digital learning solutions are effectively placed in LMS, maintain high-quality standards, and drive team member performance
  • Attention to detail while working on fast paced projects LMS Management:

  • Oversee the administration of LMS
  • Manage the translation of e-learning content across different regions through collaboration with country teams
  • Generate and analyze reports to track progress and content efficacy, providing insights for continuous improvement WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-learning content design and development, including storyboarding and proficiency in authoring tools like Storyline and Rise360, or similar
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic and video design
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Strong multi-faceted project management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
