    Requisitos:

  • Diplomado o grado; se valorará formación especializada en data (programa, máster, bootcamps) y gestión de proyectos (PMI, agile).
  • Experiencia demostrable en: Gestión de proyectos de Business Intelligence. Gestión y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Conocimiento técnico: Conocimientos de modelos analíticos de información en tecnologías tipo: Synapse, Databricks o DWH tradicionales (Teradata o Hexadata).Patrones de modelado dimensional (Inmon, Kimball, Data Vault). Herramientas de Reporting: Power BI (principalmente) y valorable conocimiento en otras herramienta como Microstartegy o Qlink.

    • El equipo al que te unes:

    El puesto se encuadra dentro del departamento de TI y Digital dentro de la D. CIO/CDO perteneciente a la Dirección General de Transición Energética, Tecnología, Institucional y Adjunto al CEO. Concretamente en el equipo de Decision Intelligence que pertenece al área de Data & Analytics.

    La posición se constituye con el objetivo de dar apoyo al Lead del área, gestionando el servicio transversal de ayuda a la toma de decisiones y democratización de la información sustentado fundamentalmente en el equipo de BI que gestionará.

    Esta posición es clave porque interactuará con diferentes áreas (tanto técnicas, funcionales como de negocio) para la correcta ejecución de la demanda y además debe liderar y motivar al equipo de trabajo (asignando responsabilidades y asegurando que todos los miembros tengan las habilidades necesarias para llevar a cabo sus funciones de manera efectiva). La persona que se incorpore debe tener una sólida base técnica y de gestión; dentro del equipo tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar competencias de divulgación (sobre las funcionalidades de la plataforma), gestión del cambio y, aprender tanto nuevas herramientas como formas de trabajo agile utilizadas en toda el área de Data & Analytics (bajo la filosofía de producto -plataforma) para adquirir una visión cross del uso del dato en Repsol a través del programa Digital Data Driven que se despliega en los distintos negocios.

    Principales tareas:

    El jefe del servicio debe supervisar la correcta realización (en tiempo y forma) de las siguientes actividades:

  • Responsable de la gestión de proyectos relacionados con las distintas iniciativas data driven dentro de Decision Intelligence
  • Gestionar equipo de soporte a proyectos del programa Data Driven
  • Comunicación con usuarios claves de los negocios (Product Owner) y TI & D para identificar necesidades de evolución y comunicárselas al equipo de la plataforma
  • Gestionar contratos con proveedores para la gestión de las herramientas analíticas.
  • Definir los objetivos de los proyectos, estableciendo metas claras y medibles que estén alineadas con las necesidades de los departamentos de negocio.
  • Planificar y coordinar las actividades del equipo mediante un plan detallado que incluya tareas, recursos, plazos y presupuestos, y supervisar su ejecución para garantizar que se cumplan los hitos y entregables de cada proyecto.
  • Coordinar las partes interesadas: Mantener una comunicación fluida con los patrocinadores, usuarios finales y otros interesados para garantizar participación y satisfacción con el proyecto.
  • Supervisar y gestionar los riesgos del proyecto identificando, evaluando y tomando medidas proactivas para mitigarlos resolviendo problemas que puedan surgir durante el desarrollo del mismo.
