100% | Madrid**Our international software engineering team is looking for a quality assurance specialist with a strong software engineering background and genuine interest in automated testing. Together with the team you will be improving the quality of our products - mainly tools that support our core trading activities.

What you will do:

Design and maintain Testing Strategy and guidelines for creation of automated tests
Promote best practices for automation of testing across team by pair programming sessions, code reviews and handson trainings
Support developers and business analysts in designing and implementing powerful integration and regression tests

What you bring & who you are:

You bring 5+ years of OOP experience (at least 3 year in C#.NET)
You are an expert with 3+ years of experience in designing and building automated tests in an environment with CI/CD culture (unit, integration and regression tests)
You have some experience in automation of tests for webbased frontends and data oriented systems
You are fluent in English (written/spoken) and you have good coaching/mentoring skills
