    TasksOversee the product's transition from the development phase to the implementation and customer training phase.
    Conduct customer training after installation.
    Act as the primary liaison for clients in Cath labs, providing comprehensive support.
    Communicate client feedback to R&D and management teams.
    Facilitate the implementation of new and upgraded products at client sites.
    Document and follow up on user-reported issues, ensuring effective internal support and implementation of corrective measures.
    Validate clinical use cases and perform usability testing.
    RequirementsAvailable to work from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 2-3 days per week.
    Comfortable working in a clinical environment, specifically a Cath Lab.
    Strong computer literacy and technical skills.
    Exceptional attention to detail.
    Quick-thinking, proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
    Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
    Willing to undergo a background check if necessary.


    BenefitsQualifications:
    Current BSc/MD student in Biology, Medicine, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, X-ray Technology, or a related field.
    Self-motivated and highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
    A keen learner with a desire to understand various aspects of the company.
    Highly motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills.
