- Definición de el modelo global e Integral de la Calidad Operaciones.
- Identificación, definición, gestión e implantación de proyectos relacionados con Gobierno y Control Global de Robots (RDAs y RPAs) e Inteligencia Artificial, alineado con el resto de áreas corporativas.
- Participación en el desarrollo de proyectos del Marco de Gobierno y Gestión de Controles Operativos a nivel corporativo.
- Licenciatura/Grado Universitario.
- Capacidad de gestión y relación con otras áreas de negocio.
- Experiencia previa en la participación en proyectos transversales en entidades financieras o consultoría orientada al sector financiero.
- Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de ofimática (Word, Excel, Access y PowerPoint).
- Conocimiento tecnológico, en especial robotics y/o IA.
- Conocimiento en el negocio financiero y el conocimiento en la cartera de productos y servicios de la entidad.
- Nivel de inglés escrito y hablado. Con capacidad para gestionar autónomamente reuniones y conversaciones por escrito con partners internacionales.
