We are actively looking for a SAP SD-CS Lead Consultant in Madrid, Spain.
Both Spanish and English speaking are mandatory for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer connect daily/weeklyDaily connect with team on the SD tickets statusMonitor SD-CS tickets in all landscapes for inflow and outflowAnalysis and review of the solution for the ticketsGuide the team for faster resolution in the complex ticketsPrepare/Support for Knowledge articles in the SD moduleTrain new joinees/juniors in the SD-CS moduleMeeting KPIs & provide status to the Customer on the SD ticketsInterviewing and supporting for team buildingSKILL SETMinimum 6 to 8 years of working experience in SAP SD-CS modulesSales & Distribution skills experienceCustomer Service skills experienceStrong communication skillsEnglish speakingSpanish speakingSAP SD - Sales and Distribution#LI-RH3
