    ResponsibilitiesStrategic Roadmap Development and Product Vision:
    Own and develop the technology-driven product roadmap, focusing on AI and data technologies.
    Translate business requirements, market trends, and internal stakeholder inputs into technical requirements and actionable engineering tasks.
    Prioritize the product backlog, aligning short-term deliverables with long-term technological advancements.


    Product Ownership and Outcome Realization:
    Assume full responsibility for the product's lifecycle, from initial concept through development, launch, and continuous enhancement.

    Establish and actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, inform continuous improvement, and ensure accountability for outcomes.


    Workflow Management and Product Ownership:


    Champion various workflow management methodologies across development teams, integrating principles from Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and others throughout the product lifecycle.

    Lead key ceremonies and activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, workflow board updates, and retrospectives.
    Act as the Product Owner, guiding sprint planning, task prioritization, and overall workflow efficiency.


    Data-Driven Strategy and Innovation:
    Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to drive hypothesis testing, validation, and decision-making.
    Develop innovative solutions that optimize existing products and enable new offerings, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.


    Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
    Act as the key liaison between Product, Engineering, and other technical stakeholders, fostering collaborative product ideation and execution.
    Ensure effective communication of technical specifications and project progress to all levels of the organization.
    Oversee internal product launches, including the preparation of technical release notes for product versions.


    Market Analysis and Competitive Insight:
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain the competitiveness of the product.
    Integrate market insights into product development to ensure the product addresses current and emerging market needs.
    RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    Proven experience in technical product management, particularly in Agile/Kanban/Scrum environments and with AI/data-driven products.
    Strong technical expertise in data querying and analysis tools (SQL, Python, R).Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    Proficiency in workflow/project management tools (e.g., Jira) and methodologies.
    Additional "nice to haves"Experience in a technology-driven, product-centric environment.
    Knowledge of robotics and biomechanics.
    Background in handling complex, under-defined problems with innovative solutions.
