- Excelente servicio y asesoramiento, para lograr los objetivos de venta, siendo parte de la experiencia del cliente.
- Atraer nuevos clientes en el punto de venta.
- Controlar e implementar visibilidad y merchandising establecidos por la marca.
- Desarrollar actividades de tienda: inventarios, control de stock y actividades de terminales de pago, entre otras. REQUISITOS
- Experiencia en retail de alta perfumería.
- Experiencia en ventas con objetivos y control de indicadores de ventas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad analítica y resolutiva, capaz de gestionar imprevistos de forma ágil.
- Pasión por la belleza y habilidades de comunicación.
- Idiomas requeridos: inglés. Otros idiomas serán evaluados positivamente. QUÉ OFRECEMOS
