    Role Description

    As a French Technical Support Advisor based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and guidance. This is an exciting and varied role with a focus on problem-solving, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the smooth operation of our services. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, liaising with other team members to resolve complex problems, and using your communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in French and English.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond in different situations.
    • Experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not necessary as training will be provided.
