- Evne til å kommunisere effektivt og med empati på alle nødvendige kanaler.
- MÃ¥ ha gode mellommenneskelige ferdigheter.
- Må være tålmodig og fleksibel og ha evnen til raskt å analysere et problem, utvikle og implementere og utdanne en løsning.
