- Offering technical product insights tailored to customer requirements and usage scenarios.
- Enhancing technical expertise by introducing innovative strategies to drive customer success in the cloud.
- Verifying implementation needs and pricing calculations to ensure accurate cost projections for new services.
- Providing technical demonstrations and solution overviews to customers via Teams platform.
- Serving as the primary technical contact for potential customers with our SMB Vendor Tele team.
- Conducting group and individual training sessions within the Center on specialized topics.
- Proficiency in Swedish and fluency in English.
- 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-user scenarios, technical architecture, and productivity solutions.
- Familiarity with identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment, planning, and management of cloud-based productivity tools.
- Passion for cloud computing, business trends, and technology advancements.
- Proven track record of goal achievement and exceptional performance.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for customer-facing roles.
