    Job Title

    IT Assurance Senior Expert

    Summary

    As an expert in the IT Controls Governance and Assurance (ICG) team (part of the Risk, Operations and Compliance department), sitting within the Second Line, the role will be directly involved in the overall maintenance and evolution of the Amadeus IT Controls Framework supporting SOC reports, as well as the coordination and execution of the different audit campaigns where the team is responsible for. This role has global scope and will also be interacting with several internal and external stakeholders to support responses to customer RFPs regarding how Amadeus manages IT Controls and certifications. This includes oversight of other relevant IT Standards and Certifications implemented in Amadeus.

    Main responsibilities

  • Maintenance and evolution of Amadeus IT Control Framework supporting SOC reports.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our IT Controls Governance frameworks by improving our methodology, framework and key documentation (manual, framework, templates, etc.).
  • Oversight of other relevant IT Standards and Certifications implemented in Amadeus.
  • Liaise with external IT auditors (SSAE18 - SOC) throughout the entire audit campaign (Planning, support).
  • Manage ISO 27001 internal audits either internally or working with a third party.
  • Monitor progress of action items and findings. Tracking and following up issues with evidence and control owners.
  • Maintain and develop and engaged community of SOC Coordinators (through awareness, Training, etc.).
  • Support the responses to customer RFPs regarding how Amadeus manages IT Controls and certifications.
  • Collaborate with Third Party Risk and Controls management through interaction with other teams within the Risk, Operations and Compliance department.

    • The ideal candidate

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Information Technology Controls related certifications (CISA, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, etc.).
  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written); another language is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of Technology Controls Assurance and Audits.
  • Experience working in one of the Big 4 companies will be valued.
  • Experience working in an international environment with people located in different regions is a plus.
  • Experience in control frameworks and standards such as AICPA's SOC, ISO27000 family, NIST, CSA.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce.
  • Highly motivated with team spirit and the ability to work independently.
