    HR CENTER, Graduate Trainee

    Principales objetivos de la posición:

  • Teniendo en cuenta las políticas y normas vigentes en la empresa, y legislación local, dar soporte a los empleados, HR BPs y resto de funciones de Nissan en España para aclarar sus dudas en temas relacionados con HR (principalmente derechos y deberes del empleado así como informes) que aplican en España.
  • Adicionalmente, realizar tareas administrativas de soporte en todos los ámbitos de HR para más efectividad del departamento, mejorando continuamente los procesos y resultados.

    • Principales funciones:

  • Atender consultas y resolver incidencias de trabajadores (principalmente relacionadas con nómina), sindicatos y otros departamentos.
  • Realizar las tareas de administración y operaciones de RRHH, llevando a cabo la mejora continua y optimización de las mismas.
  • Soporte administrativo a HRBP, Payroll, Talento y otros COEs (análisis de información y preparación informes estándares y bajo petición, control vencimientos contrato, gestión liquidaciones, preparación encuestas solicitadas por el negocio, instituciones y gobiernos locales, Requerimientos por inspecciones ...)
  • Soporte, mantenimiento y actualización de los datos de personal en Workday y manejo de KPIs mediante plataforma
  • Soporte, control de rendimiento y mejora de Global People Service (shared service center)
  • Participación y soporte en proyectos: Formar parte de los equipos de desarrollo de proyectos de HR, tanto a nivel local como de la Región.
  • Apoyo a actividades de comunicación interna de procesos de RRHH.

    • Conocimientos y requisitos:

  • Perfil graduado en Derecho, Relaciones Laborables, Psicología y/o similar
  • Imprescindible conocimientos de la legislación española.
  • Valorable experiencia en departamentos de RRHH y relación con sindicatos.
  • Valorable experiencia en entornos internacionales y/o años académicos en el extranjero.
  • Alta orientación al cliente.
  • Actitud positiva.
  • Ávido de aprender.
  • Conocimientos informáticos avanzados: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Se valorará muy positivamente conocimiento de los sistemas Workday, META 4, Service Now.
  • Idiomas: Inglés y Español fluido.
