• Lead HR Team Management with strategic and functional responsibility for HR processes, Talent acquisition, Labour Relations, HR Admin, Compensation and Benefits and Health and Safety for three countries.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, leading the negotiations with the Labor Union. Manage individual and collective bargaining agreements.
