    Exciting opportunity to advance your career in Finance at an International Company SSC in Barcelona

    Come join the team of Finance associates at the multi-national Shared Services Center (SSC) in Barcelona, supporting European markets in the Collections and Accounts Receivables for Order to Cash (OtC) process. Your role is crucial in ensuring that tasks related to Collections and AR are completed with high quality and productivity levels.

    What You'll Do:

    • Support the region assigned as well as overall collections and Accounts Receivables when necessary
    • Collaborate with local finance teams, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations
    • Escalate important matters to the Order to Cash Supervisor to maintain efficient processes and positive customer experiences
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with other teams

    Collections and Accounts Receivables Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with customers in the region for Collections of overdue and upcoming invoices
    • Handle cash application processes and AR management accurately and promptly
    • Work towards achieving monthly collections targets, resolving deductions, clearing overdue balances, and reducing unapplied amounts
    • Implement strategies to decrease DSO, address past due Invoices, and enhance customer satisfaction
    • Ensure disputes are handled in a customer-friendly manner
    • Resolve due invoices by investigating issues and coordinating with relevant teams
    • Required: 2-4 years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, Collections, or Customer service
    • Comfortable working in an international setting
    • Proficiency in English and native-level German
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels
    • Flexible, take ownership, and work effectively in a multicultural environment
    • Customer service-oriented with good negotiation skills
    • Educational background: High School, Vocational Certificate, Post Secondary Diploma
