We are looking for Customer Agents with an excellent level of German and English to work for an international insurance company based in the heart of Barcelona.

Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the center of Barcelona. They provide a complete insurance offering and travel assistance. You will become a global emergency response specialist, helping people from all over the world.

Tasks

As Customer Agent your main responsibilities will be:
\- You will receive inbound calls from clients and actively help with problem solving.

\- You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need.

Requirements:

\- You have a high level of German and English

\- You have experience in customer service (plus)

\- You have excellent communication skills

\- You have a high sense of empathy and calm personality

\- You have availability to start working June 12
