Organization:

Our client is a multinational EdTech company based in the center of Barcelona.


Function:


As Sales Consultant:
You will make Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers.
You will upgrade and renew current customers.
You will Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
You wil take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
You will Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
You will Performs database and record-keeping activities.
You will Operate in a truly international environment and a young team.


Requirements:

You have - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
You have Outbound call experience.
You have A good level of English.
An advanced/native level of German.
Business acumen with a strong aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
You are Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
You have Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
You have Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Understand KPI's and Targets.
We have a hybrid work model: Mandatory office days are: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

You are able to work different shifts as we rotate between 9 AM to 6 PM and 12 PM to 9 PM.
