    The Job's mission:

    The Product Specialist – Manual & Robotic role involves setting up, launching, and managing the Joint Replacement division's business in Spain.

    This role supports agents and distributors in selling specific products, provides customer assistance, collaborates with the regional franchise, particularly supporting sales teams, and offers clinical product guidance during Mako surgical procedures.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Sell/demonstrate product lines in the operating theatre and clinical settings.
    • Provide frontline clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff before, during, and after surgeries.
    • Train and assist surgeons and hospital staff in using Stryker's Mako robot and related activities to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Assist in pre-operative implant planning using proprietary software.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the robot and coordinate with the Field Service team for resolutions.
    • Develop expertise in Stryker implants, instrumentation, and the Mako robot for various applications.
    • Educate surgeons and staff on the benefits of the robot and best practices.
    • Complete necessary training for robotic-assisted surgery applications and manual procedures.
    • Ensure customer service excellence and contribute to regional sales goals achievement through various activities.

    What are we looking for?

    • Academic degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences, sales, or marketing.
    • Proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing within the medical field.
    • Strong commercial attitude and quick adaptability.
    • Experience in the operating room and with indirect channels is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to travel within Spain territory.
    • Strong customer interaction focus.
