    Desde el Grupo Robert Walters nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Client Solutions Architect para una reputada empresa del sector del agua ubicada en el centro de Valencia.

    Esta es tu oportunidad de destacarte como un CSA (Client Solutions Architect) y ser el puente entre la innovación y las necesidades del cliente

    Descripción del Puesto:
    Como CSA, serás el asesor/a técnico/a de confianza tanto para clientes como para el equipo comercial del distribuidor.

    Tu misión será entender las necesidades del cliente, definir el alcance y contenido de los proyectos, y ofrecer propuestas técnicas y económicas precisas y ajustadas.

    Serás el experto/a en soluciones, guiando al equipo de ventas y asegurando una experiencia excepcional para sus clientes.

    Responsabilidades Principales:

    • Gestionar leads y desarrollar negocios dentro de nuestro portfolio, brindando un soporte integral a la fuerza comercial internacional
    • Seguir y desarrollar oportunidades, ofreciendo soporte técnico especializado en presentaciones y demos a clientes
    • Describir detalladamente las soluciones a clientes, explicando su estructura, funcionamiento y beneficios
    • Coordinar ofertas y propuestas técnicofinancieras, trabajando en conjunto con el equipo de CSA Back
    • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el portfolio y establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes y distribuidores
    • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo de productos, proporcionando feedback sobre las necesidades del mercado
    • Apoyar directamente en ventas de soluciones personalizadas y no sistemáticas, asegurando una comunicación fluida entre especialistas técnicos y no técnicos
    • Cumplir con los procesos y normativas establecidos por la organización, incluyendo los estándares de calidad, medio ambiente y seguridad

    Deseable alguna o algunas de las siguientes características:

    • Experiencia en el ámbito tecnológico y software del sector del agua al menos en alguna rama del ciclo del agua (agua potable, saneamiento o recursos hídricos)
    • Conocimiento de comunicaciones e instrumentación (sensores y contadores) para el sector
    • Conocimiento de plataformas de integración de datos y series temporales
    • Conocimiento de software de modelación en ciclo del agua (alguna de las ramas: hidráulica, hidrología, etc) y GIS, a nivel de usuario.
    • Un entorno de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo, donde cada día es una nueva oportunidad para aprender y crecer.
