- Identify top-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
- Evaluate companies based on provided criteria and online tools
- Verify company eligibility using internal resources to ensure suitability for acquisition
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends for timely prospecting
- Comprehend market fluctuations and liaise with sales programs to strategize lead acquisition in line with sales requirements
- Meet the quarterly lead generation targets
- Present weekly reports and analysis of work in a clear format
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research
- At least a 2nd year college education level
- B2 proficiency or higher in the relevant market
- Native proficiency in Italian
- Advanced English proficiency
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills including pivot tables and vlookups
- Ability to work independently and provide daily progress reports
- Capable of strategic thinking and trend monitoring
- High precision and attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with reports, databases, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Organized with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail
- Full-time role (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid work model based in Barcelona
- Salary: 19,975€ gross per year + up to 3,525€ gross per year in bonuses

Teleperformance Spain, with over 4,700 employees spread across 10 locations, is seeking an individual with a deep understanding of industry trends and the digital landscape to support our internal sales teams in building a solid pipeline focused on prospecting potential companies.
Key Focus of the Role:
The Acquisition Marketing team plays a crucial role in supplying high-value prospects to our New Business Sales colleagues in various European markets.
