- Evaluate companies using given guidelines and online resources.
- Assess company eligibility through internal tools to ensure they fit acquisition criteria.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends for timely prospecting.
- Collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing according to market trends and team requirements.
- Meet quarterly lead delivery targets.
- Provide weekly reports and analyses in a clear format.
- 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
- Minimum education of 2nd year college or higher.
- B2 level or higher in the relevant market.
- Proficiency in English.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
- Ability to work independently and report progress daily.
- Strategic thinking and trend monitoring abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with reports, databases, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Highly organized and able to work well under pressure in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional accuracy and detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

- Salary: 20.825€ gross/year + up to 3.675€ gross/year in bonuses.

Teleperformance Spain, with over 4,700 employees spread across 10 sites, is searching for an individual with a deep understanding of industry trends and the digital landscape. This person will assist our internal sales teams in creating a pipeline by identifying potential companies for outreach.
Purpose of the role:
The Acquisition Marketing team aims to provide high-potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across European markets.
We focus on generating high-quality and policy-compliant leads sourced from online platforms and tools shared by Marketing and Sales departments.
You will join a vibrant, skilled New Business Sales Development team based in Barcelona.
