By transforming the way people access professional healthcare, we contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 "to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for allAs our International Regulatory Affairs Manager, you would be tasked with:
- Researching and staying up-to-date with the regulatory landscape in each market where Abi is active, or planning to be active.
- Working with our product and tech teams to find the best solutions in every market to deliver our service in accordance with the local regulations.
- Ensuring our products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in each country or region.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory submissions to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for your product. This include certifications like ISO or CQC.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, such as product, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitoring changes in regulations and advising the company on potential impacts on the product and business strategy.
- Building and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities and agencies in different markets.
- Developing and implementing regulatory strategies for market expansion and product launches.
- Handling any regulatory issues or challenges that may arise during the market entry process.
Requirements:
You have experience in International Regulatory affairs
You hold a degree and or a Masters Degree in the relevant fields
You are available for a full time hybrid role based in Barcelona or Dublin

- Proven experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare administration, or a related field. Telemedicine experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, industry regulations, and compliance standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Experience in localization and implementation of services in multiple countries, considering cultural, legal, and regulatory differences.
- Ability to prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and address challenges in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multitask, balancing competing demands and prioritizing effectively.
