Our Marketing Executive role, based in Barcelona, Spain, will be responsible for assisting with marketing activities promoting Dream Yacht Worldwide charter vacations, as well as our Yacht Sales &Ownership brand.

We're looking for someone with marketing experience to assist with executing our marketing strategies across channels to include online and offline channels, PR and partnerships.You'll be creating and sending email marketing campaigns, managing website maintenance, coordinating marketing translations, events, assisting with budgets, maintaining marketing planners and tracking results. This is a multifaceted role, where you will be able to touch digital, offline and other areas of the marketing, including helping building out new marketing automation workflows.You should also be goal oriented, organized and able to work at a fast pace, while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Proven hands on experience with executing email marketing campaigns and working with a website CMS is a requirement for this role.

Reporting to the Euro Marketing Manager, this role is based in Barcelona, Spain, and is slated for immediate on-site commencement. Your main activities will be :

Strategize and execute email campaigns, supporting the Marketing Manager by leveraging CRM marketing automation, workflows, list management, and performance analysis.
Oversee print and digital advertising, including coordinating artwork and adhering to deadlines.
Manage boat show logistics, encompassing timelines, vendors, promotional activities, and post-event evaluations.
Ensure website functionality and content updates, including creating landing pages, sourcing visuals, and sustaining content relevance.
Aid in planning for press trips, including liaising with press communications, and managing licensing agreements, including follow ups with media
Contribute to the development and updating of marketing materials, collateral, signage, and presentations.
Collaborate on social media and communication strategies, with a particular focus on the German market.

To carry out your duties, you must master the following skills and requirements :

Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Ability to discern and adhere to corporate branding and style guidelines.
Goal-oriented with outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and adept at execution.
Team player with a proactive mindset and international outlook.
Data-driven with proficiency in managing numerical data and utilizing spreadsheets.
Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning to remain abreast of marketing methodologies, trends, and tools.
Native proficiency in German, with fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
Experience in the tourism industry or a keen interest in sailing market is beneficial.
