SPORTS MARKETING EXECUTIVE:

YOUR MISSION:
A fan of sport, team sports in particular football, basketball, handball and padel, and their ecosystem, you have a good knowledge of the market, its players, clubs and the distribution channels.
Your weeks are punctuated by the follow-up of industry news, and you intensely follow the performances, results and transfer window periods of key players and clubs.
Social media and digital in general have no secrets for you, and you know the players, clubs and trendsetters in the team sports environment
You master the codes of marketing and are on the lookout for all the new trends.

A true partner of the Marketing Department, the Products, Sales, and International departments, you will participate in all Sports Marketing activities.
RESPONSABILITIES:
SCOUTING:
Potential new footballers for the brand and make our Share-of-voice in the Spanish LaLiga grow to reach the assigned targets Manage the local scouts for young footballers on a day-to-day basis, identifying and securing the best next-gen players in Spain.
SERVICING:
Day to day care of all football player roaster across pro players and young talents in Spain. Coordinate the servicing of our contracted players including tracking of contracts, seeding orders and stock management.
LEGAL AND FINANCE:
In coordination with your Teamhead;
Negotiate asset contracts and ensure the legal follow-up of our obligations
Manage and guarantee the control of the budget in a precise and monthly way.
ACTIVATIONS:
Identify opportunities of activations based on milestones, performances, etc Assistance in activations such as photoshootings, events etc as point contact for the assets and in coordination with Brand Managers and Comms teams.
ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Strong communication and daily coordination with the rest of the Sports Marketing team in Southern Europe.
Maintain regular communication with Global Sports Marketing team to ensure alignment on strategic goals, opportunities, product launches, Marketing initiatives etc.
YOUR TALENT:
Education:
University degree with a focus on Marketing or Sports
Professional:
Functional: 3-4 years' experience
Industry:
Sports and Lifestyle or consumer brands
Interest:
High interest in Sports is a must
IT Skills:
MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel knowledge is a must)
Language Skills:
Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus; Fluency in Spanish and English are a must.
Competencies:
Flexibility and Commitment; Ability to work in fast paced environment; Openness in Communication/Listening; Planning & Organizing. Willing to travel 80% of the time, especially during peak times of the year
