    Importante compañía de ortodoncia invisible busca incorporar a su plantilla un perfil técnico con formación y experiencia en odontología para dar servicio al departamento de clientes ingleses y franceses.


    ¿Qué funciones realizarás?

    • Asegurarse de que los proveedores clave están satisfechos con los servicios que reciben en la Planificación del tratamiento observando los protocolos y las preferencias
    • Revisar el tratamiento de los pacientes de acuerdo con los protocolos y preferencias establecidos
    • Generar una configuración digital del tratamiento para su revisión y aprobación por parte del médico
    • Evaluar y encontrar continuamente formas de mejorar los procedimientos para optimizarlos al máximo.
    • Prestar asistencia a los proveedores mediante contactos entrantes y salientes (teléfono o correo electrónico) para ofrecer un servicio de primera clase a los proveedores.
    • Ponerse en contacto con los proveedores, los representantes de cuentas y los jefes de ventas cuando sea necesario para resolver problemas, proporcionar información y garantizar la mejor experiencia posible.
    • Trabajar continuamente para aumentar el conocimiento de la ortodoncia, las tendencias del sector y los procesos de la empresa.
    • Realizar el control de calidad de los casos que se les asignen
    • Gestionar las reclamaciones en la planificación del tratamiento
    • Cumplir los objetivos semanales de productividad, eficiencia y satisfacción
    • Trabajar en colaboración con todo el equipo y con todas las funciones para garantizar una experiencia de proveedor de primera clase.
    • Otras tareas pueden ser asignadas, dirigidas o solicitadas
    Titulación en odontología o relacionada con el sector dental.

    • Experiencia de al menos un año en el sector dental.
    • Preferiblemente experiencia en ortodoncia.
    • Español nivel nativo/bilingüe.
    • Inglés nivel nativo/bilingüe.
    • Francés nivel nativo/bilingüe.

    ¿Qué ofrecen?

    • Contrato indefinido directamente con la empresa.
    • Horario de 8:30h a 17:30h (flexible de entrada), de Lunes a Viernes. Jornada completa.
    • Modalidad de trabajo híbrida, 3 días en oficina y 2 desde casa.
    • Banda salarial desde los 35k hasta 45k, según experiencia
    • Formación de 6 semanas. La formación es en COSTA RICA con duración de un mes a partir del 6 de Mayo (Todos los gastos están cubiertos)
    • Seguro médico y seguro de vida.
    • Oficinas situadas en la zona Torre Arias.
    • Incorporación 6 de Mayo.
