- Soporte remoto de nivel 1 resolviendo incidencias y peticiones relacionadas con el puesto de trabajo
- Soporte al Sistema Operativo, Soporte Software Estándar, Gestión cliente correo ( local y web ), Seguridad del puesto de trabajo ( antivirus ), Soporte a escritorios virtuales (VDI), Gestión garantía hardware, soporte VoIP, soporte networking básico.
- Cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio acordados con el cliente
- Realizar el seguimiento de los tickets en curso hasta su resolución
- Feedback continuo al cliente durante la gestión de los tickets
- Monitorización servicios
- Control backups
- Gestión del buzón de correo, recepción de llamadas y gestión herramienta de ticketing
- Escalado a L2 cuando la incidencia lo requiera (previo estudio y documentación de la misma)
- Formación técnica (CFGS, Ingeniería, etc.); se le hará un test técnico en la entrevista.
- Experiencia en soporte IT (al menos 2 años)
- Español e Inglés (muy positivos otros idiomas )
- Valorable Certificaciones ITIL o específicos
- Teletrabajo con 2 días presenciales en oficinas de Ricoh #J-18808-Ljbffr
