    ¿Qué estamos buscando?

    Actualmente buscamos nuestro/nuestra futuro/futura Data Governance Specialist para liderar la implementación y supervisión del modelo de Gobierno de Datos y Calidad de la Información aprobado por nuestra entidad. Tu labor será fundamental para garantizar que nuestras políticas, procedimientos, órganos de gobierno, taxonomía y glosario de datos estén en conformidad y se ejecuten de manera eficiente.

    Tus funciones y responsabilidades consistirán en:

  • Diseñarás, establecerás y mantendrás el marco de gobierno de datos y calidad de la información en base al apetito definido por el grupo (Políticas, Procedimientos, Herramientas).
  • Promoverás activamente el cambio cultural y la madurez respecto al gobierno de los datos en la entidad. Promover y facilitar el despliegue de las capacidades de gobierno de datos.
  • Liderarás el diseño y despliegue de soluciones transversales, end to end, en materia de gobierno y calidad de datos.
  • Serás interlocución con filiales y Ofex.
  • Liderarás los órganos de gobierno de datos y facilitar las sesiones de trabajo.
  • Diseñarás, Administrarás y Desarrollarás la taxonomía y el glosario de datos de la Entidad.
  • Identificarás oportunidades y necesidades de mejora del gobierno de los datos y ejecutar las iniciativas necesarias para darles respuesta.¿Qué valoramos de tu candidatura?
  • Has estudiado Licenciatura en Negocios, Finanzas o Ingeniería, Matemáticas o Física.
  • Tienes experiencia de 2-4 años como Business Risk and Financial y Business Analyst.
  • Posees experiencia en el desarrollo de principios BCBS239, así como experiencia en Gestión de procesos de negocio.
  • Valorable experiencia en consultoría.
  • Tu nivel de Excel es avanzado.
  • Cuentas con conocimiento en Lenguajes de programación: UML, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, VBA, Python.
  • Valorable AXON / IDQ.
  • Valorable Microstrategy.
  • Valorable Metodologías / Frameworks: Lean, Agile (ej: Scrum, Kanban), DAMA DMBoK, ADKAR, PmP, ITIL.
