Job Description:


Working on our Digital Labs project, you will play a key role in the management and coordination of the Global LIMS Process.

Our Digital Labs initiative is a flagship IT project and you will contribute to the number one leader in the TIC industry having a best-in-class IT infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide proposals for improvements and adjustments to existing practices, governance criteria to follow, participating in the implementation of methodological changes generated.
  • Support and monitor continuous system improvement to achieve more efficiency and quality in lab core functional operations.
  • LIMS Process Document Administration (procedures, SOP, activities follow up, guidelines, testing plan, among others).
  • Coordination of the LIMS Governance and Functional team (several projects, cross Lims activities, plan, timings, risk evaluation, resources ).
  • Represent LIMS Process owner manager on working groups.
  • Assist LIMS Process owner manager with coordination activities with the LIMS Governance and functional specialist. The LIMS Process coordinator will be a key role to share the good practice and the opportunities to improve across the different LIMS systems.
  • Proposal for improvements and adjustments to existing practices, governance criteria to follow, participating in the implementation of changes generated.
  • Resource assignment, monitoring, risk evaluation and daily control of project activities and report status follow up.
  • Administration and control of corporate tools to assist any request that need to be evaluated and executed by the Team.

Qualifications:


Education and Experience:


  • Technical high school in chemistry or information technology.
  • Demonstrable experience working in Labs.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on LIMS.

Required Skills:


  • Proficiency in English, and any additional language is an advantage.
  • Collaborative team player, highly motivated, and committed to continuous service improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Project management and business analysis.
  • International environment experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Lab processes.
  • Knowledge and expertise in LIMS processes.
