    ROLE OVERVIEW

    La misión del CCM field Mediterráneo es gestionar los clientes HORECA en las zonas de Cataluña, Baleares y Canarias, con foco en Barcelona .

    El/ella ejecuta el plan de marca, coordinando e implementando la estrategia de Perfect store, gestionando y coordinando los materiales POSM, y monitorizando el presupuesto y los resultados.

    El CCM Field tiene % del tiempo de trabajo en la oficina y % de ruta en las zonas asignadas.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

    Gestión De La Pirámide De clientes y Segmentación HORECA

  • Ejecutar el brand plan de cada marca desarrollada en la zona en la parte alta de la pirámide de clientes
  • Validación y aprobación de la segmentación de los puntos de venta
  • Coordinación y implementacion del perfect store en lugares relevantes para la construcción de marca
  • Gestión y coordinación de los materiales POSM.
  • Análisis estratégico de los barrios / códigos postales
  • Coordinación con CCM Brand Lead de zonas / barrios para activaciones de marcas

    • Implementación Acuerdos Platinium

  • Identificación Lighthouse / Platinium en colaboración con CCM Brand Lead & CCM field lead
  • Implementación de visibilidad y calendarización de activaciones del Lighthouse / Platinium
  • Trabajar juntamente con CCM Field Lead en el desarrollo de los Lighthouse / Platinium (negociación cliente / desarrollo y seguimiento)

    • Planes tácticos

  • Identificación de oportunidades en el territorio (bottom-up)
  • Coordinación a nivel local de las actividades de marcas a desarrollar
  • Relación con el cliente / negociación

    • Gestión de PoSM

  • PoSM: ayuda a dar su visión en zona de gestión
  • PoSM: ayuda a entender las necesidades de la zona / plan de canal

    • Monitorización y gestión

  • Relación con equipo de ventas para el seguimiento del local y del volumen
  • Coordinación de presupuesto asignado en la zona
  • Monitorización de los resultados – inputs / outputs ver con CCM Field Lead y Brand Lead
  • Monitorización de datos UVE, brand / área / subárea / barrio – comportamiento de nuestras inversiones en zona.
