    HR Business Partner / People Partner - GAES

    In our HR GAES team we are currently looking for an HRBP dedicated to field organization population.

    Mission of the position :

    Advise and coach managers in the field to drive workforce performance, providing front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management.

    Deliver HR strategy, initiatives and programs to the field organization. Act as first point of contact for HR related inquiries from employees and managers in the field.

    Key activities / responsibilities :
    This role is dedicated to support the field organization.

    Support Managers in regards to HR requests and coaching on performance management and other talent issuesManage and coordinate HR service delivery to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellenceDeploy workforce and talent strategic plansAnswer to questions from managers and employees on organization, talent & development mattersIdentify specific business needs and propose solutions in partnership with other People Services rolesDeploy processes and services that are required to be executed in line with CoE standards.


    For example :

    local development and training, onboarding, employer branding events, performance and compensation reviewsFacilitate HR communications and reporting leveraging data analyticsProvide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to HR Business Partners and CoEsPartner with associate directors, managers and employees in the fieldWork with REX / SalesExperience and Key Capabilities required : Education : A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is often required.

    4-6 yrs maximum of experienceHR Experience : Prior HR experience in Retail or Industrial Companies (preferable)

    Business Acumen :

    Understanding of business principles, industry dynamics, and organizational goals is crucial for HRBPs to align HR strategies with the overall business strategy.

    Previous experience in Retail, Consumer Goods company is preferable.
    Experience in dealing with Sales, Marketing, Commercial team.

    Communication and Interpersonal SkillsAnalytical Skills :
    Ability to analyse HR metrics, trends, and organizational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
    Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS software is beneficial.

    Legal Compliance Knowledge :

    Understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and mitigate risks for the organization.

    Fluent in English & Spanish.
