    # What you'll do

    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with guests during events.
    • Coordinate and manage temporary accommodation bookings for employees.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
    • Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate closely with the Projects team to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
    • Assist with on-site event logistics, including check-ins, check-outs, and any necessary accommodations adjustments.
    • Utilize reservation management tools to maintain accurate records and update guest information.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the guest experience and offer innovative solutions.
    • Be available for on-call emergency phone coverage during weekends and specific weekday evenings.

    #Availability

    Availability to work from Monday to Sunday in 2 rotating shifts, working 5 days a week (e.g., Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Wednesday to Sunday) from 9 am to 6 pm or from 10 am to 7 pm.

    • We are looking for a candidate studying a degree or master in Tourism, Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication with experience in customer service, reservations, & sales.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, and English (advanced level required).
    • Knowledge of Google Workspace is required.
