    Is responsible for developing and overseeing all global compensation and employee benefits programs. This role entails setting the guidelines for both global and local compensation plans, as well as benefit programs, offering guidance to departments and locations, ensuring compliance, and suggesting innovative ways to reward team members and provide them with valuable benefits that enhance engagement and encourage retention.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Establish the organization's compensation strategy, including pay structure, variable compensation, benefits offerings, and equity programs.
    • Advise on short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on corporate goals, acquisitions, and growth objectives.
    • Conduct salary benchmark analysis and update compensation strategy accordingly.
    • Lead the salary review process and manage variable compensation programs.
    • Design policies for employee retention and recognition, including relocation programs.
    • Select and oversee benefits vendors and brokers, negotiating competitive rates.
    • Ensure compliance with local requirements in budgeting and day-to-day management.
    • Manage benefit enrollment, eligibility, records, and audits for accuracy.
    • Support payroll processes for accuracy and timeliness.
    • Promote company benefits and compensation policies.
    • Report and analyze payroll budgets for all departments.
    • Collaborate with leaders on equity-sharing programs and manage them for all employees.

    Requirements for the role:

    • Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish.
    • 7+ years of international compensation & benefits administration experience.
    • Experience in managing multi-country compensation and benefits programs.
    • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis.
    • Previous experience in a public company, ideally in the USA.
    • Hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with teams.
    • Knowledge of corporate relocation programs and vendor management.
    • Experience with Public Company Compensation Committees.

    Location: Spain, candidate must be based in Spain.
