WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a
Senior HR Compensation , your main responsibilities will include:

Define and execute the variable compensation model for Sales profiles.
Coordination Bonus process with Santander ́s Head Quarters team.
Define and execute retention incentives for employees.
Monitor the systems and quarterly followup of the achievement of the Sales profiles objectives and coordination with the Finance team.
Perform analysis and reporting on the Equal pay and Gender Gap situation within the company.
Elaboration of annual budget, reporting and HR Analytics.
Prepare information requiered for Audits.
Participation in HR projects and interaction with multidisciplinary teams.

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in Compensation and HR Analytics.
Project and process management experience is a plus.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Sciences preferred.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Experience in HR Analytics
Knowledge of tools / techniques to collect, process and analyze information. Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI.
Desirable knowledge in Workday and Salesforce
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in the execution of processes.
Operational Efficiency: ability to design, implement and maintain automated systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
The position requires advanced level of English. Verbal fluency as it is necessary to communicate with countries in English.
