    About Arrow

    Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a division of Arrow Electronics, offers innovative IT solutions to tackle complex business challenges. They provide value-added distribution, consulting, and channel services to leading tech manufacturers and partners, aiding businesses to thrive, operate efficiently, and adapt in a dynamic market.

    As a Technical Presales Engineer, your role involves collaborating with sales reps to showcase and endorse company products and security solutions to customers. You will conduct tailored demos and presentations, facilitate training sessions and webinars, and offer technical guidance and assistance to clients. Additionally, you will engage in tech events and exhibitions.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Providing technical expertise and support,
    • Assisting in developing Bill of Materials (BOM),
    • Engaging with partners to understand needs and opportunities through technical consultations,
    • Conducting customer training and workshops,
    • Creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with Arrow's solutions,
    • Keeping updated on the latest technologies and obtaining certifications.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • 2-4 years of experience in Network/Security (e.g., Networks, Antivirus, Firewalls),
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills,
    • Customer-focused with innovation and tech awareness,
    • Ability to address partner issues and manage workload efficiently,
    • Willingness to travel regionally and within EMEA,
    • Passion for learning new technologies and tackling challenges.
