Fortinet Presales Engineer
As a
Fortinet Presales Engineer, you'll be working in in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote a company's products and security solutions to our customers:
Home | Arrow ECS ES
You'll be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers. You'll be also participating in technology fairs and events.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing technical knowledge and expertise.
- Being certified in different Vendor's technologies.
- Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients.
- Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy.
- Delivering training and workshops for our customers.
- Regular customer's visiting.
- Creating of PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customers environment with the different technical solutions of Arrow.
- Continuously being trained in the latest technologies.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of relevant experience in the Security sector or technical IT high school diploma or Degree in Computer Science.
- Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
- A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, be the best in what you learn.
- Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload.
- Regional Travelling and EMEA events are required.
- Wireless Networks, Antivirus, Firewall, Networks, SD-WAN knowledge.
- Ability to cooperate and to work within the team.
- Knowledge and certifications NSE4 and desirable NSE5 of Fortinet.
