    Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc AT BIKINI WE ADORE ALL SPIRITS – NO MATTER IF IN THE AIR OR IN THE GLASS Bikini Hotel Es Trenc is opening in Summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the tranquil village of Colònia de Sant Jordi - 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Colònia de Sant Jordi, 2 bar outlets, a concept store & supermercado, spacious event & retreat areas and a luscious & magical garden area adjoining the Mediterranean sea.

    Have you ever left a bar and life just seems a little brighter than before? We bet you just had a fantastic tasting drink in good company served by a talented Bar Crew, which was led by a dedicated Bar Manager.


    This could be you:
    create and mix drinks, put together Bar menus, calculate prices & place orders, train and motivate your team


    Most important:
    Create an atmosphere somewhere between intimacy & place to be, between high spirits and chill-out mood.

    Let's write the next Bikini chapter together and accompany every step of the pre-opening phase until the hotel opening and much further beyond.

    WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU? -Brand new Design Hotel on Mallorca designed by Dreimeta -By the founders of 25hours Hotels -Enjoy onsite training and support from our long-term Bar & F&B management team at Bikini Port de Sóller -5 working days/week with reporting of working hours -Long season duration of up to 8 months with high occupancies.

    • Create our Bar drinks menus: from well know classics to Bikini born specials
    • The bar counter is your stage: take orders, mix & serve drinks, listen to guest stories & enchant the atmosphere
    • Source for the best quality and most economical product suppliers
    • Lead job interviews, recruit & train your Bar team
    • Invoice Management according to Bikini's accounting standards
    • Report to our F&B Manager The position is available from June 1, 2024.
