About the Role:


An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment & Engagement Executive position to join our Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Responsible for the recruitment and selection, and support the department operations focused in administrative tasks and engagement activities.
  • To ensure recruitment & selection and all Taleo standardized process
  • In charge of job offers publications through internet, newsletters and internal tools, resume's management and conducting interviews
  • Ensure all new hires meet the internal requirements: Interview notes, Reference, etc.
  • Ensure effective internal communication through internal communication tools such as boards, newsletters, internal events, daily line up documents.
  • In charge of all internal events related with colleagues.
  • Support in all activities related with the social responsibility issues.
  • In charge of administrative HR topics and support in standardize the internal HR policies.
  • Responsible of supervising the internal accommodation benefits that the hotel provides
  • To monitor and update colleague notice boards as necessary.
  • To monitor staff needs as nametags, uniforms, ID cards, lockers

About you:


Qualification

  • Career in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations or related studies.

Experience

  • Experience in hotel business (HR or operational experience).
  • Desirable experience in recruitment and training administrative procedures

Skills

  • Very good command of spoken and written Spanish and English language.
  • Adapted to working with internet and websites of recruitment.
  • Great attitude and oriented to internal client.
  • Flexible and with strong adaptability.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
  • Team work and creative skills.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • Desirable previous use of HR management software systems.
