    Your Tasks

  • Support for IT equipment installation and equipment-related issues for Iberia employees
  • IT asset life cycle management in the Iberia region
  • Initial incident support for Microsoft 365 issues
  • Groupware and M365 user management

    Your Profile

  • You have a degree in computer sciences/ IT or equal
  • You have a user centered mindset
  • You have fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • You have experience in ticket and task management with GLPI and Jira
