Our client is an international company specialising in the turnkey construction of commercial, industrial and large-scale solar installations.

They have been a key-player in the solar photovoltaic market for more than 20 years and have established themselves into one Germany's top EPCs and project developers.

They are actively looking for an experienced spanish speaking PV Project Manager (starting with a project in Germany and initially focusing on projects in Spain, and occasionally in Germany), who will be managing all aspects of projects, whilst interfacing with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Construction Site Manager - Solar (m/w/d)

Field: Renewable Energy
Location: Remote (Spain/LATAM)

Your Responsibilities:

Management of Spanish & German projects in the field of photovoltaic power plant construction.
Technical, economic and organizational planning and control of the projects, i.e. participation in the execution of orders under consideration of quality, costs and deadlines
Preparation of offers, commissioning and coordination of the deployment of service technicians and partners on site
Compliance and implementation of applicable policies and regulations
Determine and execute strategy for successful project execution
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting
Provide operational management support as required
Identify risks and solutions.

Your Profile

Completed studies in engineering (specializing in electrical engineering, energy management, mechanical engineering, process engineering or an apprenticeship with further training as an electronics technician or master craftsman)
Several years (at least 23) of professional experience as a project manager in the construction of photovoltaic systems
Working style is characterized by analytical thinking, efficient work, team spirit and customer orientation
Professional understanding, especially of FIDIC contracts (proven experience or coursework)
Knowledge of MS Office products
Spanish and English language skills mandatory, German and other language are a plus
Willingness to travel and work independently abroad.

Salary: 70,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
