    Desde Manpower Business Professional nos encontramos en búsqueda de Head of Economic (H/M/X) para trabajar en compañía del sector de la distribución, perteneciendo al Comité de Dirección, se responsabiliza de una visión económica integral de informar sobre las decisiones comerciales, estratégicas y financieras de la empresa.

    Reportando a Presidencia de la compañía las principales responsabilidades son:

    -Análisis Económico: Realizar análisis exhaustivos de datos económicos relevantes para la industria de distribución y minorista, incluyendo tendencias macroeconómicas, cambios en el comportamiento del consumidor, y factores competitivos.

    -Previsión y Planificación: Desarrollar modelos predictivos y escenarios económicos para anticipar las condiciones futuras del mercado y sus implicaciones en las operaciones comerciales y financieras de la empresa.

    -Estrategia Comercial: Colaborar con otros líderes empresariales para desarrollar estrategias comerciales basadas en análisis económicos sólidos, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento, segmentación de mercado y posicionamiento competitivo.

    -Gestión de Riesgos: Evaluar y mitigar los riesgos económicos asociados con la cadena de suministro, la volatilidad de los precios y los cambios regulatorios.

    -Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de finanzas, operaciones, marketing y ventas para alinear objetivos y estrategias económicas en toda la empresa.

    -Investigación y Desarrollo: Mantenerse al tanto de los desarrollos económicos y tecnológicos en la industria de distribución y minorista, y aplicar este conocimiento para mejorar la eficiencia y la rentabilidad.

    Requerimientos:

    -Experiencia en Análisis Económico: Experiencia previa en análisis económico, preferiblemente en el sector de distribución o comercio minorista.

    -Competencias Analíticas Avanzadas: Capacidad para realizar análisis cuantitativos complejos utilizando herramientas estadísticas y de modelado económico.

    -Pensamiento Estratégico: Habilidad para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales basadas en un profundo entendimiento de la economía de la empresa y del mercado.

    -Comunicación Clara y Persuasiva: Capacidad para comunicar de manera efectiva hallazgos económicos complejos a audiencias no técnicas y persuadir a otros líderes empresariales sobre la viabilidad y beneficios de determinadas estrategias.

    -Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos: Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos y capacidad para motivar, guiar y desarrollar a otros profesionales en el área económica.

    -Orientación al Resultado: Enfoque en la consecución de resultados tangibles y en la creación de valor económico para la empresa.

    -Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a cambios en el entorno económico y empresarial, y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.

    El Head of Economic desempeña un papel crucial en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y en el éxito a largo plazo en la toma de decisiones de la compañía, al proporcionar una perspectiva económica rigurosa y basada en datos para informar las acciones empresariales.
