    Responsibilidades

  • Gestionar una cartera de +/- 1000 clientes del mass-market, desarrollando el equilibrio adecuado entre automatización (low touch) y acciones manuales (high touch) según el contexto.
  • Facilitar la incorporación exitosa de nuevos clientes.
  • Enfoque reactivo: Ser el primer punto de contacto para ayudar y guiar a tus clientes de Odoo para que puedan beneficiarse de la mejor experiencia posible durante todo su proyecto.
  • Apoyar a nuestro equipo de ventas identificando oportunidades de desarrollo.

  • Licenciatura
  • Buenos conocimientos empresariales
  • Dominio perfecto del español e inglés, tanto escrito como hablado
  • Organización y autonomía.
  • Una buena gestión del tiempo, estrés y prioridades.
  • Permiso de trabajo válido para España.

    Qué esperamos de ti?

    Como Customer Care Manager,tu responsabilidad principal será supervisar a nuestros clientes ya suscritos, es decir, clientes que se suscribieron a Odoo de manera independiente.

    Dado el volumen significativo de clientes, este rol exige un agudo sentido de gestión de prioridades. Por supuesto, utilizarás Odoo en su máximo potencial para gestionar tus tareas administrativas.

    Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo de Account Managers Direct (CSTD), ya que ellos se encargarán del seguimiento de los clientes que requieran un enfoque más orientado a las ventas.
