    THE JOB:

    We are looking for anintern to work in the IT Team, based at Radisson Hotel Group's EMEAheadquarters in Madrid for 6 months.

    The IT intern will bean important support figure within the IT team and will provide help indifferent daily tasks and projects, actively contributing to improve thequality of the service and to ensure the whole company runs smoothly. Thetrainee will be trained by the IT Managers in the first weeks in order todevelop the necessary knowledge and skills to be an independent problem-solver.The internship is a great opportunity to get to know how an IT team works,develop new skills and gain experience in the IT field.

    DURATION : 6 months, starting as soon as possible.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Help the ITteam with daily support tasks

    · Setting upof the different equipment (laptop, workplaces, audiovisual equipment...)

    . Provide videoconference (Teams specially) assistance to our users

    · Contribute tothe implementation of small projects together with the team

    · Taking careof the hardware inventory

    · Respondingin a timely manner to service issues and requests (Help Desk) and follow up

    A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

    · Has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship

    · Has affinity with IT in the academic curricula

    · Has a good understanding of Microsoft Windows10 (installation and configuration, imaging solutions...), Android / iOS. MacOSwould be a plus

    · Issupportive

    · Videocollaboration systems (Logitech or other Teams based)

    · Has good Excel,Word and PowerPoint skills. Other MS365 tools: Teams specially

    · Is fluent in English, bothverbal and written

    · Has a sharp eye for detail and is very accurateand precise

    · Has soft skills and is a goodcommunicator

    · Must be able to prioritise and work within tight deadlines

    · Is trustworthy, has a high level of passion and integrity

    · Can work in Europe
