As a Legal/Privacy Operations Specialist you will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience, working with a truly dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer Service team /privacy and legal team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.

We are looking for you- Play a key role GDPR compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.

Act as "voice of the customer", work with product and Business Growth team.
Proactively flag lacks of efficiency, providing upward feedback communicating regularly with supervisors and managers.
Handle and reply to data subject requests in a timely manner as the first line support and provide an analytical report to Head of Customer Service and Chief Privacy Officer.
Work closely with privacy team to improve processes so that customers can execute their data subject rights.
Continuous innovate and develop process bring the WoW-Way experience to every customer.
Provision and development of data protection training, including training materials, for specific business units as required. 2+ years of experience working in a customer experience/operations role, legal or data protection projects is preferred.
Proficiency in office software applications, Word and Excel.

Attention to details.
General knowledge on GDPR especially related to data subjects' rights handling and/or CIPP/E.certification is a huge advantage.
Experience with data analysis and reporting is desirable.
