Maintain service quality aligned with strategic objectives and standards. Spearhead the creation of new efficiencies, streamlining end-to-end processes to optimize agents' costs. Oversee implementation of global service delivery projects on a regional scale. Provide product-related communication and support ongoing and upcoming initiatives. Role Requirements Prior experience in operations or related fields requiring project management. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive under pressure.Proficiency in project management, Prior experience in money transfer products, and digital development is preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
