- To define the products, policies, and procedures applicable to all activities of the perimeter.
- To write the business requirements for the development of our own in-house IT solutions or/and interfaces with third party providers.
- To coordinate with other HQ colleagues the introduction of mobility services in the different stages of the operational lease EE customer journey.
- To drive accountability for successful implementation of the mobility services in the different geographies, coordinating digital developments, local businesses, and external partners.
- To Define the activity metrics and monitor KPIs, benchmark, and act as a catalyst for the sharing and implementation of best practices resulting from specific Fleet initiatives within the international community.
- To demonstrate continuous effort to improve the operations to increase customers, partners and employee's satisfaction, to maximize the cost efficiency and to build highly productive processes.
- Proven experience of - years working in the mobility services arena with and end to end vision on operational lease business and servicing.
- Skilled to define digital processes and work with IT engineering teams.
- Project management experience, preferable creating products/services from scratch.
- Proven track record of success designing, implementing, and managing mobility services.
- Medium/High degree
- High level of SWR English ,other language valuable /
- Negotiation and communications skills capable of building relationships with multi-cultural stakeholders.
- Team player, enthusiastic, accurate and service oriented. With strong target orientation.Creative with appetite for innovation and research finding market best practices.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude towards change. Capable and willing to work in a high-growth environment, where definitions are made from scratch, switching from project mode to business management mode.
- Project management and process definition skills.

Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, consumer services, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products and services.
On top of it Santander Consumer is developing a larger range of services to customers around the new mobility concept starting by establishing a competitive pan-European Leasing model and growing to other customer services like short term rental, ride hailing, electrification, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Under the scope of the Leasing Business Unit within Santander Consumer Finance, we're looking for a Mobility Services Specialist leading the design on products, processes, policies, and technological developments to implement the services as relief and pre-delivery vehicle, service booking and pick and delivery, fines, fuel, toll, telematics and charging services for EV's.
The ideal candidate should be acknowledged on operational lease or mobility businesses with obsession to deliver excellent and efficient services and tangible benefits to our clients with high doses of creativity.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts, in cooperation with the markets in the scope, our IT engineering teams and the rest of your future HQ colleagues:
